Users tend to disagree when it comes to Michael's book. While some are very pleased with the information found in the book and find that following it leads to a nice, toned body, others feel that this information can be found elsewhere, cheaper of for free.
One thing that most users seem to agree on is the fact that it is a little expensive for the content offered. Also, some feel that more pages about body weight routines should have been included.
