Bodylastics: These Resistance Exercise Bands Work Great!

Having a body building program that is effective and easy to maintain is imperative in order to be successful. That's where Bodylastics comes in. Unlike some reviewers, I have personally use this program so am highly qualified to give my opinion.
First of all, let me explain what Bodylastics are. It's a small and portable system of stretchable tube-like bands of varying weight equivalencies. Some people call these tubes resistance exercise bands. These tubes easily attach to cushioned handles on both ends. Basically, there are so many ways to use this, like 140 exercises, that it's almost like owning a full-scale home gym, except that they only take the space of a large shoebox.
I use the biggest set that Bodylastics offers. It took 2-3 weeks to arrive. Apparently it was a new shipment of improved bands, so I was happy to wait the extra time to get the latest design. When they arrived, I quickly opened the package and put them to work.

I was amazed at how smooth they stretch. I've worked with free weights as well as Bowflex type machines over the years, but I really like how these simple bands feel. While their stretch feels nice and smooth, they definitely offer some serious resistance.
The quality of workmanship on these bands is impressive. They're obviously built to get the job done without breaking.
So even though I have been a die hard free weight person I really enjoy using these exercise bands. I was a little worried when I ordered them because I really like free weights. But from the first rep onward I was hooked.
Not only can I workout with up to 254 pounds of resistance I can do it safely without a spotter. The resistance is superb and gets harder as your muscles enter their strongest range of motion which really pushes you and helps you recruit all your muscle fiber into the move.
All this fits into a small system that you can take with you anywhere. You can workout on the beach, in a small studio apartment, in a hotel room or any other place you would find convienitent.
