bodybuilding workouts without weights
Arm size? Increasing under developed arms? Bodybuilding?

I've been going to the gym and have been training all my body in 1 workout. When I came to training my biceps and triceps I realy couldn't be bothered as I was tierd. I also read on the internet that the arms are an easy bodypart to OVER train so I did few sets but with heavy weight. I now know how many sets to do etc. etc. but after all the training my arms are not in proportion with the rest of my body they are very small and considering the amount of times I go to the gym pretty embaressing. How could I bring my arm size up to proportion with my body without neglecting the rest of my body?

Include one workout each week where you do one or two exercises focused on biceps and one or two exercises focused on triceps. (You can do biceps and triceps on the same day, or split them up on to separate days - whatever works best for you.) Do 2-to-4 sets for each exercise. Don't use the same exercises all the time - try a variety. You'll probably find that some work better for you than others - eliminate ones that don't work for you. In general you will want to do a weight that makes you work hard to get 6-12 reps. But I think arms respond more to high reps that some other muscle groups. So try ending your workout with one set of a light weight and 20-to-50 reps. That will get the muscle very pumped, and that pump will help make the muscle grow.
