im bodybuilding, feedback please! 10 points?

i just recently started bodybuilding, im 18 please give me some feedback, or tell m which parts should i workout more.

first things first, 90% of your diet is what you eat, doesnt matter whether you fat or skinny. you need to eat six times a day in small portions, based on the days you weight lift( highly recommend 3 times a week) 1.5-2liters of water a day. carb rotation is key to weight trainig and building lean muscles. on the days you weightlift eat high carb foods and consume 1g of protein for every lbs you weigh. try buying whey protein ,it helps. and 4 days of the week eat light carb meals and do cardio. when you weight lift concentrate on working out just ONE muscle of the body for each day you weightlift for example mon. biceps. wed. pecks. fri triceps. it has great results and faster. give your muscles that you worked out 24-48 hours of recovering. stretch the muscles you worked out to rid of lactic acid( lactic acid is the chemical end result of glycogen which is stored sugar in your pancreas) im too lazy to get more into detail but i think i gave you a good info
